Delete BIGMAP account

This page explains how to delete a user account of the app BIGMAP (bandoso.org, developed by Bignet Company) and its accompanying data.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the BIGMAP app and sign in.
2. Go to the tab Account, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm. The account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2 — On the website

Sign in at bandoso.org, go to Account and select Delete account.

Option 3 — By email

If you can no longer sign in, send an email to hotro@bandoso.org from your registered email, or clearly state your registered phone number. We will verify and delete it within 30 days, then reply once completed.

Data deleted and data retained

• Deleted immediately: full name, phone number, email, date of birth, address, password, saved places, points and levels, usage history, list of blocked businesses; all sign-in sessions are revoked.
• Retained, no longer linked to your account: inquiries, appointments and messages already forwarded to businesses (as the business's transaction records), published reviews, approved place suggestions. You can request deletion of these via the email above.
• A security log of the account deletion (with masked phone number) is kept to prevent fraud.
