How leads reach you
1Customer inquiries on BIGMAPCustomers chat or book on your page, category pages and specialty pages. All requests go through the BIGMAP system.
2Assigned to you during business hoursThe system assigns customers in turn to suitable businesses that are open. Inquiries from your own page go to you first.
3Confirm within 10 minutesYou get a notification; tap confirm to see the phone number and reply. If time runs out, the customer is passed to another business.
4Guaranteed leads metOnly leads you confirm are counted. Any shortfall in a month carries over to the next, so you get the full amount for the period. Spam leads can be disputed within 48 hours.
