bandoso.org and the BIGMAP app are operated by Bignet Company. By using the website or the app, you agree to the terms below.

1. Connecting customers

Inquiries and bookings sent via BIGMAP are routed by the system to a suitable business that is within business hours. BIGMAP is an intermediary, not a seller or service provider.

2. Direct contact and transactions

Direct contact information is only shown for businesses with a paid plan. All direct transactions between users and businesses (phone calls, Zalo, their own websites, payments) are outside the responsibility of BIGMAP and Bignet Company.

3. Business information

Profile information is provided by the business and reasonably moderated by BIGMAP. The “Verified” label means BIGMAP checked the business's documents at the time of verification.

4. Service plans

Benefits, guaranteed lead counts and the lead make-up policy are published on the For Businesses page and in the contract/order. Revenue is collected by the legal entity Bignet Company.

5. User accounts and content you submit

You are responsible for the messages, reviews and place suggestions you submit. BIGMAP not accepted content that is fraudulent, spam, insulting, harassing, discriminatory, pornographic, violent or unlawful. Only customers who have transacted can write reviews; reviews with questionable wording are held for moderation.

You can report a business or conversation and block that business right in the app. BIGMAP reviews all reports within 24 hours; violating content is removed, and violating accounts or business profiles are locked.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account › Delete account) or by following the instructions at bandoso.org/xoa-tai-khoan.
